Out-takes from one of three London sketches directed by Peter Davis and made for Swedish Television, Chelsea Bridge Boys takes a cool look at a gang of “Rockers” who meet at a tea-kiosk on Chelsea Bridge. The film is largely based on candid interviews where the bikers respond to questions about politics, society, freedom and independence.
